The secret behind a successful 3 day diet!

So you probably know all about it but... what the heck! Here's the plan:


DAY 1:

Breakfast

Military Diet Plan Breakfast Day 1
1/2 Grapefruit
1 Slice of Toast
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)

Lunch

Military Diet Plan Day 1 Lunch
1/2 Cup of Tuna
1 Slice of Toast
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)

Dinner

Military Diet Plan Day 1 Dinner
3 ounces of any type of meat
1 cup of green beans
1/2 banana
1 small apple
1 cup of vanilla ice cream

DAY 2

Breakfast

1 egg
1 slice of toast

Lunch

1 cup of cottage cheese
1 hard boiled egg
5 saltine crackers

Dinner

Military Diet Plan Dinner Day 2
2 hot dogs (without bun)
1 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup of carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream

DAY 3

Breakfast

5 saltine crackers
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 small apple

Lunch

Military Diet Day 3 Lunch
1 hard boiled egg (or cooked however you like)
1 slice of toast

Dinner

Military Diet Plan Day 3 Dinner
1 cup of tuna
1/2 banana
1 cup of vanilla ice cream

Anyway, people might think the military diet is unhealthy and will put your body to starvation mode; however, it will not. Since the military diet consists of metabolic boosters such as coffee, grape fruit, tea, and proteins it will not be able to slow your metabolism in just 3 days! That is why you must take a 4 day break between each 3 days of a military diet. 
1) WHAT TO DO DURING THE DIET
Follow the instructions above carefully and do not add or substitute anything since it is not about the calories- it is about the chemical reaction that occurs during those three days. No oils, dressings, or drinks- JUST PLAIN WATER. (In order to get faster results)

Sleep very well at least 8 hours a day and drink plenty of water. I know you might have to use the toilet regularly but it is all worth it in the end.
The problem almost all people suffer from is after the diet. There is a list of rules you must follow.
2) POST-DIET RULES DURING THE FOUR DAY REST
- Eat a maximum of 1800 calories in those four days.
-Eat mostly healthy and limit the junk.
-Exercise at least 30 minutes daily (Even power walking works!)
- Do NOT binge! You will simply ruin everything!

3)THE RESULTS
 Do not think that in just 3 days you will achieve your goal weight; but it surely will be way much faster than normal dieting. You would be losing at least 10 lbs a week instead of just 2 lbs.
